Fact- Finding Fact-finding will be a tool that is utilized as support during the mediation or arbitration stages of conflict resolution. Fact finders will work to come to a fair settlement (Introduction to Week 7. 2021). Unfortunately, when utilizing fact-finding, the information that is presented is nothing more than a recommendation and will not present a concrete resolution to the issues that are happening (Introduction to Week 7, 2021).
