"Although we're pleased with the success Cocoa Cremes has had on the East Coast, we would like to see this success extend across the country. She continues, "From our recent market research we know that consumers in other parts of the country like the taste of the cookie. In fact, in blind taste tests where the brand name of the cookie is unknown, consumers have rated Cocoa Cremes as their most preferred cookie. We thought it might be a brand awareness issue, but a recent nationwide ad campaign that helped to increase brand awareness did not translate into increased sales for some reason.
