Amazon Organization

Prompt: Identify an organization with which you are familiar, or perhaps the organization which will be the setting for your dissertation research. Assume that you are planning some important cultural or organizational changes for the organization, and that in preparation you want to analyze the organization using Bolman and Deal's frames.

o Briefly describe the situation or conditions that your developing plan will address. Then, construct an extensive literature review that you will use to guide your research on the organization and your plan for implementation of the changes. (Do not go into detail on the changes you might implement. The point here is to focus on the literature that you will use to analyze the organization.) Include research that uses both classical leadership and behavior theories as well as current research on the issues, plans and methods that you identify.

o Be sure to include in your literature review sources that will guide your evaluation of the spiritual and ethical condition of the organization.
