Amy has inherited an old farm from her uncle and finds in the barn a very beat up looking car that has been housing birds and mice for some years. She drags it out and decides to put it up for sale. She has no idea what it is worth - perhaps it's a collectors' item, perhaps just a very old car. She doesn't do any research. She is visited by Ben, a potential buyer. Ben knows this car is a Virtue V8, a rare and collectible car. Of course, this one is in bad shape and it will take a lot of work to restore it. Ben can buy a fully restored Virtue V8 for E20,000 and he is willing to pay that if he does not make a deal with Amy. It will cost at least (10,000 plus time for Ben to restore this Virtue V8. Ben enjoys the restoration process, but not that much and in any case he is not short of restoration opportunities. He has an old motorcycle in his garage which should be restored. Amy and Ben negotiate over the car. Analyse this situation. When doing so use the concepts of BATNA, ZOPA, surplus, integrative and distributive negotiation, preparation, first offer, and other relevant negotiation concepts. Underline or bold the names of the negotiation concepts that you use. Along with your analysis, provide advice to both Ben and Amy on how to proceed
