An animal hospital needs a system to manage its pets information. Each pet has a record with name, specie, breed, date of birth, and gender. The owners name, address, email and phone number are also stored. Each pet has a vaccine history (vaccine type, date was done, next date to have the vaccine).

Information is maintained about each office visit, such as date, type of procedure, description, total charge. Each visit is for a single pet but a pet will have many office visits in the system.

The system allows users to create a new pet record, update pet record, add and update vaccine information and office visit information. Payment information (date paid, amount paid) is recorded too. The system can create vaccine reports for a pet.

Question 1. Specify one performance requirement and one usability requirement for the system (you may make any assumptions about the number of users, performance, etc.) The nonfunctional requirements should be verifiable and specific to the above system.
