An educator must facilitate the development, implementation and evaluation of a behavior support plan for two different children. Both children require assistance with developing their pro-social skills and capacity for self-regulation. The first child, a two-year-old, is repeatedly pushing and hitting other children. They bit another child who refused to hand them a toy. The second child isa four-year-old who is not engaging in play with other children. They are reluctant to participate in activities and games facilitated by educators and become distressed when encouraged to join in. The child comes from a CALD background.

Provide report describing how the educator would gather information about each child to evaluate their behaviors. Explain why the approaches that will be used, when the observations will be undertaken, and the type of informtion that to be collected.
