I am having trouble with this question. Physical injury risk, mental health risk, death risk comes to mind. How do you treat it? Treatment method: hire a security guard to be present at the store entrance and to check if people are wearing a mask. I can't think of any other treatment methods and no idea how to describe a unique application to this incident.
