Check stock availability (stock is not available for 15 percent of orders.) iv. V. vi. Send "bill of materials" file to Warehouse for picking and packing, or to Production if stock is running out. (Bill of materials file has complete product description, list of materials, parts, and components; the quantity of each item and also the sequence in which the product is created.) Warehouse/Production informs the manager a scheduled delivery date. The manager informs the assigned staff who takes care the order to notify customer about order confirmation. vii.
