An exclusive tourist attraction - Housey House - has lovely gardens and a lake. It also has a very large warning sign on its premises which says: ' Housey House shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury on these premises, however, caused.' Using legal authorities, ADVISE Housey House as to whether the sign will help them in each of the following circumstances: a) A visitor (Parket Flawring) is hit and injured on one of the paths by the slow-moving 'golf buggy' electric car used to transport elderly visitors around the gardens. The buggy was being driven by a Housey House employee, AND b) another visitor ( Lady Annabelle Slytly-Wittering ) suffers distress and bloodstains to an expensive fur coat when the large warning sign falls off the wall and kills her pet Yorkshire Terrier ( Boris ) ; AND c) A separate company - Thane of Mull Cruises - runs boat trips around the lake. One of the T.O.M.Cruise boats has been damaged by a heavy chain thrown by a Housey House employee. This was a mistake, and he should have thrown a rope.
