An experience I would like to discuss is when I achieved my first certification for the course. It felt great to earn something that can help me in my professional career and add to my resume. I had a great experience in participating in this course and it shaped the way I will format my references page. Before this course, I struggled a bit with APA formatting. Now I feel a lot more confident creating my reference page.

Some of the challenges I faced with this course was practicing APA formatting and completing certificates as assignments. This prepared me to do something I wasn$$t familiar with, to keep practicing, and to prepare me for $$speed bumps$$ in my weekly workload. I think that my future courses will provide new experiences and prepare me to do something new that will challenge me$.$ It will also deepen my ability to work in the VUCA world by helping me develop new skills and polish up my current skill set.

The world is everchanging and adapting daily. The Fourth IR developments will challenge leaders to hold a position of power, guide future leaders, and it will serve as a teachable moment for everyone as to how a unforeseen circumstance may arrive and be dealt with. Leaders will be able to adapt their style and behavior depending on the environment and industry.

I want to learn how to have strong$-$decision making skills to aid in my ability to choose the right solution$($s$)$ to any challenges; promote more opportunities for creativity; develop strong relationship$-$building opportunities without something coming across as forced; and have the ability to teach and mentor better.
