An experiment is reliable when its repetition always produces the same result . Reliability is measured by a percentage if you get the same results every time then they are 100 % reliable . If we get the same measurement , or the observation has same behavior , or the observation gives us the same byproducts from for example chemical rection , if the experiments are repeated multiple times
