The hospital keeps record of ward name, ward identifier and ward location. 7. Each Ward is managed by a "Principal nurse" 8. The hospital has some professional employee classification - Nurses and Doctors 9. In each ward there are a number of doctors and nurses. 10. A patient will be treated by one doctor and several nurses over the course of their stay, and each doctor and nurse may be involved with several patients at any given time. 11. The hospital has a benefit program for its employees and their dependent requiring that each employee declared dependent name, date of birth and gender. a.
