Most employer do not say much when you are sick, but what happens if it is a family member who is ill and needs your attention? Will they be willing to work with you to insure proper care for your family? How about participating in your familys activities. Is the employer willing to work with you can attend and/or plan your childs game/special activity, take time off for your anniversary, and/or spending quality time with your family?
