An important item for many people is the flexibility of the company when life happens. We all want to stay healthy and be consistent but what happens if there is an emergency and/or issue beyond your control? Most employer do not say much when you are sick, but what happens if it is a family member who is ill and needs your attention? Will they be willing to work with you to insure proper care for your family? How about participating in your familys activities. Is the employer willing to work with you can attend and/or plan your childs game/special activity, take time off for your anniversary, and/or spending quality time with your family? Some say this is a personal matter and should not interfere with work, but sometimes it is unavoidable. Is this important for you when you are accepting a job offer?
