An Innkeeper's Statute:

a$.$ Imposes liability on an Innkeeper for the loss of a guest's belongings

b$.$ Requires the Innkeeper to notify a guest if he has a telephone call

c$.$ Modifies or limits the Common Law liability of an innkeeper for loss of a guest's property

d$.$ Relieves the Innkeeper from having to provide a safe accomodation for his guests
