Individuals who want to renew or apply for a new driver's license have service times as TRIA(16.7, 20.5, 29.2). The office has two lines, one for each customer type. ii) (5 points) Report the system time (or the total time in system) for both customer types over a nine-hour day.

(b) (5 points) The office is considering cross-training Kathy so she can serve both customer types. Modify the model to represent this, and see what effect this has on system time by customer type.

(c) (5 points) Modify the model from part b) to include 30-minute lunch breaks for each clerk. The breaks should be given in the following order: Mary, Sue, Neil, Kathy, and Jean. Mary will start the first lunch break 180 minutes into the day. And then Sue will take her lunch break 30 minutes later (210 minutes into the day), and so on. What impact does this have on system time by consumer type?
