An online webstore put up for sale the painting of an artist. As per the terms of the contract, the buyer was to collect the painting from the art gallery of the webstore. The purchase was to be done by online payment at the website of the store. On paying, the buyer obtained the following document: 'Payment successfully made and order confirmed. Please collect the painting from our below mentioned art gallery.....' Before the buyer could collect the painting, it got destroyed in an earthquake. Who would bear the loss
