An organization needs to select a taxonomy tool as an investment in building a new taxonomy (the current taxonomy in place was designed using a spreadsheet). Integration interfaces: APIs, XML outputs, built-in connectors, OS platform support f. Advanced features: auto-classification, term/relationship visualization, term mapping, versioning/archiving support, text analytics
