Use both analytical method and FE simulation to determine the forces in the truss members and the vertical deflection of load point C in mm when the load is applied quasi-statically. b. Run a dynamic analysis of the problem by using Abaqus/Explicit when the load is applied suddenly at the point C. A table listing the axial stress and axial force of all the truss members from the static loading. 5. A time history curve of the displacement U2 at the loading point under dynamic loading. 6. The time history plots of S11 of all the truss elements under dynamic loading. Note: in order to clearly show variation of S11 and U2 with time, I suggest you set the simulation time longer than 0.2 seconds. 7. The detailed analytic solution of the problem under static loading
