ANA was driving her car on the way home when, suddenly two men on a motorcycle approached, knocked on her window, and point a gun at her. The two men were trying to steal from her but in her reaction she accelerated her car and ran over them, causing their death. At the time of the events, there was a doctor from a window observing how the events were happening, however, he decided not to help the injured motorcyclists or ANA when she was being assaulted.

Explain if ANA acted in its own defense proportional to the law's establishment. Also, explain if the doctor had a duty to rescue when he saw the events.
