*Analyze Fiscal strategy and Medium term Fiscal Strategy (MTFF)

*Analyze fiscal balances (deficit or surplus)

*There are 4 main funding sources:

*Government revenue to pay for Government expenses, OR

*Analyze budget support from donors, OR

*Analyze development partner funding support - who is giving how much, for what, OR,

*Analyze debt profile (borrowing from bi-lateral and multi-lateral creditors)

-Assess contingent liabilities (Government guarantees provided to State-Owned Entities)
