Intructions: The following is an example of questionnaire results. A survey asked 30 people which office set-up they prefer using Likert Scale questions. Two options were provided. The results are listed below.

1. Using the analytical approaches listed below, analyse the results of this survey.
2. Submit this completed analysis sheet to the Practice Exercise dropbox.
3. When you submit your document to the Practice Exercise Submission Folder, the feedback for the practice exercise will be available.
4. Use the feedback provided to compare with your submission.
Survey Analysis: 1. What is the Mode for each option? The mode indicates the most popular response to a question.
2. What is the Median for each option? The median measures the middle choice from the all responses to a question.
3. What is the Mean or Average for the 2 options? The mean (or average) for those questions that have a number as a possible answer is calcuated by adding the total of numbers selected in the responses and dividing them by the total number of responses.
4. Compare the top positive choices for each option (i.e Strongly Agree).
5. Compare bottom choice for each option (i.e. Strongly Disagree).
6. Add the 2 most favourable choices for each option and compare Add Strongly Agree and Somewhat Agree choices for each question and compare.
7. Add the 2 least favourable selections for each option and compare Add the Strongly Disagree and Somewhat Disagree choices for each question and compare.
8. Subtract the total number of least favourable choice from the number of most favourable choices for each option and compare
9. Which of these analytical approaches best explains the results of the survey (you can select more than one)? When writing a report, you would only present the analysis that accurately provides the relevant evidence to explain the significant pattern(s) uncovered in your analysis.
10. How would you present your conclusions using these analytical approaches. Indicate the specific evidence from the results that supports the pattern or conclusions you have reached. Your conclusions should describe what you think the pattern means.
