For example, is information or some sections missing in your selected job posting? Are the job duties described well? Is there anything concerning (i.e. potentially discriminatory)? Are the job specifications justified for a global job or can anything else be added?
6. Conclude your overall assessment of whether or not the job description and specifications will contribute to the best practices in recruitment and selection for this global job.
