Analyze how the management level (a manager of a company) make decisions. what should they consider? Why? specific requirements are below:

You may use SWOT, PESTLE, value chain, 5-Forces, a strategy (merger

or acquisition, customer segmentation, price differentiation), internal

management, internal communications, or a particular externality ---

environment, government policy, social pressures, and social needs

AND any of the following (use one or more):

cost control

revenue enhancement

marginal analysis

diminishing returns

supply and demand

including externalities (show how you would account for costs or

benefits in making the decision)

economics of consumer demand and price elasticity

EBIT or WACC, or IRR (we have not yet covered these but they

will be introduced the week of Nov. 30; the material is available if you

want to read ahead)

Do the analysis, arrive at a decision, a recommendation, or a set of questions

that need to be answered before a final decision can be made.

I'm interested in the application of analytical tools and frameworks, in the

analysis, and in your thinking; the decision you arrive at is less important. There

really are no "correct" or "incorrect" answers; I want to know how you arrived at

the answer you provide.
