Icylyn Nuffy and Al Coholic v Plummet Airlines Limited The following passengers had purchased a ticket for an international flight commencing in New York and terminating in Athens, via stopovers in Amsterdam, Madrid, and Rome. Tickets were purchased under the Warsaw Convention.Mrs. Punchanella Bleecher, a famous recording artist while walking to the departure lounge fell in a pool of water caused by a leaking Air Conditioner unit. As a result of missing her flight, she missed the Jahmekya stage show she was scheduled to perform at in Rome. As such she is desirous to sue the airline for injuries sustained and loss of earnings. Mr. Braffin King while walking to his seat onboard the aircraft trips over a passengers foot. He falls to the ground hitting his head on an armrest. He gets a severe cut to the chin and is rushed to hospital where stiches are required. He is kept in hospital for 24 hours for observation then sent home.
