For one statement presented in each of the five sections, describe one significant trend/fluctuation that has taken place over the last 10 years.

3. For each trend identified, describe (1) the fluctuation/trend, (2) your educated opinion as to why the fluctuation has taken place, (3) the fiscal impact it has on the government, and (4) the fiscal impact it has on citizens who live in the district.

4. Name an item of information you did not know was available in the statistical section prior to taking this class. If you were a citizen or a potential citizen of this government, what is something that you would find interesting to give you insight into the environment of the city or county?
