Andre Bing killed six of his co-workers during a Nov. 22 shooting attack before taking his own life. A Walmart Inc. employee who witnessed last week's fatal shooting filed a $50 million lawsuit against the company for allegedly continuing to employ Bing, a supervisor at the store, despite knowledge of past threats he'd made against fellow employees. Evidence shows that multiple Walmart employees complained to the company about Bing's "bizarre and threatening behavior" in the months prior to the attack. Evidence shows that Walmart had received numerous reports of bullying and sexual harassment by Bing from other employees and that he had a reputation for being "a mean and cruel supervisor." The complaint states: "Despite Mr. Bing's longstanding pattern of disturbing and threatening behavior, Walmart did not enact any preventative measures to keep Walmart customers and employees safe."
