Andy is a Filipino and resident of Marikina City who frequently travels to Boracay for vacation and is usually booked in an expensive hotel. Having been captivated by the islands natural beauty he decided to relocate to Boracay permanently. After purchasing the house which he will be living on, the residents of the Barangay Balabag informed him that they cannot accept a "dayo" or outsider in their barangay despite his purchase.
