It is stated in the textbook that companies look to cut costs to sustain earnings growth and increase their prots. However, couldn't doing this lead to the quality of their products or service to deteriorate since they are trying to reduce expenses? For example, if a hotel tries to cut costs by decreasing the amount of housekeeping they put into each room, couldn't lead to problems of guest unsatisfaction in the future
