They have not legally adopted Roger. The Matthews, their children and Roger are American Citizens. No one has received an IRS Identity Protection PIN. The Matthews do not wish to quick file their tax return. Tony earned $1.500 during the summer working as a website developer. Tony had no withholding in box 2 of his Form W-2.
