Anggerik had recently been found to be infected with a rare ailment and skin disease. After several medical observations and examinations made by a specialist hospital, the infection and her health problem were caused and being adversely affected by radiation from a dump site. Two years ago, Waste Manufacturing Sdn Bhd set up a factory, 500 meters from Anggerik's house, to manufacture rare earth, a process involving the generation of radioactive by-products. After the launch of the factory, further investigations showed that radioactive wastes from the plant began to be dumped at nearby locations. Local residents objected to this kind of activity. Anggerik and her family members, however, have been staying on that land as illegal squatters for the last five years. Kamal, a plantation owner, located 1000 meters from the premises of Waste Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, also suffered losses due to the deposits of radioactive wastes which surrounds his palm oil trees and damaged the trees. In the meantime, he also suffers health problems such as nausea, vomiting, hair loss and diarrhea due to exposure to large amounts of radioactivity. Kamal bought a house near the plantation and stayed there with his family. Next to Waste Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is Berjaya Agricultural Products, another farm. The farm is currently in the process of building a new cattle farming centre and a large tower, to meet the requirements of a new contract that the farm has signed with the businesses it supplies. They need to begin production within the next two months to meet their quota, so have employed builders to work throughout the night for the last three weeks. They are scheduled to complete the project just in time. As a result, the building works taking place on Berjaya Agricultural Products' property are keeping Kamal and his wife, Hasmah awake all night. Anggerik is unaffected since she is a heavy sleeper. As a result, Hasmah has suffered from migraines since then. Meanwhile, the large tower built in Berjaya Agricultural Product's property is 300 metres tall and its location is very close (less than 8 kilometres away) to the primary television transmitter. As a result, the tower interferes with the television reception of homeowners in that area. Kamal's son, Danial claimed that he is no longer able to enjoy his favourite television programmes and always misses important global news and announcements. Anggerik, Kamal, Hasmah and Danial are now asking your advice to take legal action against Waste Manufacturing Sdn Bhd and Berjaya Agricultural Products. Advise them. . Hi Tutor, can you please provide explanation in ILAC (issue, law, application and conclusion) format. Thank you
