Anna is working part-time while going to university. She is on a very tight budget and tries to save money whenever she can. She needs to get her hair trimmed but can't afford to pay the high prices that hair salon's charge. She saw a sign at a barber shop advertising $12 haircuts. That's reasonable. She walked in and asked for a haircut. All the barbers, who happen to be male and Muslim, respectfully declined to cut her hair. She was offended. She was told that all the barbers were prohibited by their sincerely held religious beliefs from touching an unrelated woman. She stormed out and threatened to sue the barber shop for discriminating against her because she was a woman and thereby violating her Charter Rights.

Will Anna likely succeed in court ? Yes or No. Explain and support your answer by stating the law and then applying the law to the facts.
