Annie died recently. She had drafted her own will in which she appointed Joseph as her executor. This will left all of Annie's estate to her friend Shinzi. Annie was fond of her niece Belinda, who is aged 10, and her nephew Nick. Who is 19. They are the children of her brother Petroch. In the few weeks before she died the following events occurred:

Event 1: The last time Annie saw her brother Petroch, she gave all her jewellery to him and told him that he was to hold if for his daughter (Annie's niece) Belinda contingent on her attaining 18, when she would be old enough to enjoy it

Event 2: She gave her nephew Nick her share certificate in the family coffee shop business, Grains Ltd., saying " I hope you find this gift of use in getting yourself involved in the family business".

Event 3: Annie wanted Belinda and Nick to share the benefit of her holiday cottage "Westaways". She sent to Petroch a transfer deed, which had been signed by Annie and witnessed. With the deed was a covering note telling Petroch he was to hold "Westaways" for Belinda and Nick contingent upon them reaching the age of 21. Petroch had not yet had chance to do anything with this deed.

Event 4: Annie's stockbroker held some shares as bare trustee for Annie. Annie had been receiving dividends from the shares for many years. However she had decided that she wanted Nick to have these shares to do with as he wished, and had telephoned the stockbroker and given instructions in that conversation for the shares to be transferred to Nick.

Advise Joseph of the effect of the events in (1) to (4).
