Question;
Lindie works a Monday to Friday position as a marketing manager for a company in South Africa, and has been with her company for a year and a half exactly. Her start date was January. Her employer allows the minimum amount of leave allowed by the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and is closed for all weekends and legislated holidays. In the calendar year in question no particular year she has taken leave on three occasions so far. The first was a long weekend to celebrate her wedding anniversary, from Friday January to Monday January. The second was also a long weekend, from Thursday February to Monday February. The third occasion was a longer break, where her last day at work had been Friday June, and she had returned to work on Monday June. Excluding weekends, she is now wondering how much paid leave she has left for the rest of the year?
