Another interesting concept to delve into is the differences, specifically with millennials and the music associated with them. The generational shift from Rock N Roll to R&B, Metal, Hip Hop etc became more and more apparent throughout the 90s and onward. How the generations even interact or listen to that music is drastically different. Millennials then consistently have music involved in their lives, whether it's through iPods and ear buds or attending festivals and concerts. My parents were large concert goers in their youths however as music became more and more available via technology, they did not utilize it as much as one might expect. It is just another example of the differences between generations and the impact technology, toys and culture have on us as youths and how it shapes us going forward.
