You are then required to compile a report on the following information listed below regarding the NPO project that you worked on. This assessment requires you to practically apply all of the concepts and theories in project scope and time management to the NPO project that you worked on. It is not necessary for you to cite the theory. You must, however, present in your write-up of the report: a back ground to the NPO project, a business case, the scope definition, the scope statement, and a WBS, all for the NPO project that you worked on.
