She immediately shouted for help, and her bag was recovered by the bystander in the area. The man was beaten black and blue and was left unconscious on the pavement by the bystanders. Michael, a nurse in one of the hospitals near the area, saw the man and brought him to the hospital for treatment. Was Michael under obligation to bring the man to the hospital?
