Restaurant food supplier

A food supplier is serves multiple prestigious restaurants.

Sometime the shipped products do not meet customers' requirements.

In this case a refund process is then started:

Customer submit a refund request to one of the supplier employee.

If the customer does not have a refund record, a new refund record is then created an inserted into the supplier database.

Refund requests, that are less than $ 100 are automatically approved, and the amounts are credited to the customer's account.

Requests over $ 100 need to be manually approved by a manager.

If the process is not complete within 15 days, the manager should send an email to the customer indicating that the request is still being processed.

After 30 days, the request is automatically approved.

If the request is rejected within 30 days, the customer will be informed by email.

If the request is approved, the customer should be notified by email, and a refund is automatically made to the customer account.
