7.John owned a parcel of land containing 10 acres fronting on Main street. He subdivided the parcel so that there was a back parcel containing 5 acres and a front parcel containing 5 acres with direct access to Main Street. John sold the back 5 acres to Tom. Tom has no means of exiting the property from the back 5 acres to Main Street except thru the driveway across John's front 5 acres. There is no recorded easement permitting Tom to traverse the driveway on John's property and John has erected a fence which has now precluded Tom's access to the street. Does Tom have any legal right to traverse the driveway on John's property? Please explain
