a) In his pursuit to cling to power at any cost, the former US President Donald Trump was willing to turn the American people against each other and risking a civil war. He is suffering from narcissism. It seems that all extreme cases of hunger for power, unawareness of negative behavior, and self-gratification are caused by this disorder. Mr. Trumps case clearly demonstrates this.

b) No one should take what Karl Marx says seriously about common ownership of the means of production and ideal society. The guy lived most of his life at the expense of others.

c) Too much math homework makes high school students lives miserable. A recent survey shows that 77 percent agree with the statement. Therefore, math homework should be less.

d) I totally agree that cocaine is a harmful substance to use. However, thousands, if not millions, of poor peasant farmers in South and Central America depend on the farming of coca plants. Policymakers debating tough measures on the drug trade should take into consideration the humane wellbeing of these peasant farmers.
