He had since been going on a spending spree despite knowing the consequences of his carefree attitude. He has also been paying only the minimum amount owed to his credit card each month. He had an outstanding balance of RM8,000 as of 1 December 2022. The following were details of his spending during December 2022. All transacfions were in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Assume that the interest charged is 18 percent per annum on the unpaid balance and the minimum payment required is 5 percent. Using the verage daily balance method including current purchases, compute the following: i) Average daily balance ii) Interest charge iii) Tolal outstanding balance iv) Minimum payment v) Outstanding balance after minimum payment vi) Galculate Fazlis credit card limit and advise Fazli on his spending spree attitude and the consequences of not controlling his credit card spending
