A. Please review the section in the chapter about Feedforward, Concurrent, and Feedback control. How would each of your five StrengthsFinder Strengths: Competition, Individualization, Achiever, Deliberative, and Consistency (specifically mention each strength) relate to these different organizational control mechanisms (see the organizational control definition in our text)? Would your strengths help you more in one of the three areas than the other ones? Explain.

B. Generally, what do you look for when you want to buy a high-quality product? What makes a product high-quality? Provide an example. Do these same rules apply to high-quality service? Explain.

C. If we always buy the highest quality products, and if those products are priced accordingly, then we would always buy the most expensive, which isn't feasible (unless you are Jeff Bezos). Generally, what criteria do you apply when making decisions about a trade-off between quality and price? Use an example to illustrate your point
