Part B - First Problem Question (10 Marks) Jill loves cats and wants to start her own business. Jill decides to start up a cattery business which will provide short and medium term accommodation for cats. Jill discovers that Craig and Fiona own, and are leasing out, a building (in the Adelaide Hills) that was previously used as a cattery ("the Building"). Jill inspects the Building and notices a series of gas heaters to keep the cats warm in winter. Jill agrees to enter into a three year lease for the whole Building. Jill, Craig and Fiona all sign a written lease agreement. The following week, after the lease begins, Jill visits the Building, so she can start planning how to setup her cattery business. Jill notices that the gas heaters are missing, and some gas pipes are exposed. Jill notices that these gas heaters were connected to gas pipes inside the wall which have now been sealed off. Jill is confused and visits Craig and Fiona and asks them where these missing items have gone. Fiona says: "You don't need to know where they have gone. These items are not part of the building. We only agreed to lease the building to you. You should check the lease agreement." Jill checks the lease agreement which does not mention the gas heaters. Jill still thinks the gas heaters should have come with the Building. Is Jill correct
