Anthony enters into a contract for the hire of a hall, for his wedding, with Paladin Catering. Two months before the wedding, the hall is struck by lightning and burns down. Paladin claim the destruction of the hall was not their fault and therefore they did not breach the contract. Paladin claims they are still entitled to be paid. Advise Anthony
