Thomasine works as an assistant manager in the office of a warehouse facility where she interacts with a number of employees. The office is a busy place because an inventory of over 11,000 items is maintained. On several occasions, Juan, a part-time employee, asked Thomasine to help him with instructions for incoming merchandise. Thomasine began to realize that Juan did not understand the instructions. Then, Thomasine began to wonder if Juan was having problems with reading. One evening after work, Thomasine and Juan were leaving at the same time. The two began to talk. Juan said to Thomasine, "I think I should give up this job, it is too hard for me. I guess I don't really want to work." Answer/Provide what is asked.
