Applying public financial resources to procure goods, works and services to provide public services is a recurrent decisions of procurement entities. It is mandatory that such decisions should go through due process to achieve value for money for the public. The Public Procurement laws contain fundamental principles that governs the entire process. Procurement entities are consequently implored to promote and secure these fundamental principles when undertaking public procurements.
