Arab World (AW) is an intergovernmental organization in the field of the teaching. The main objective of the organization with their professors is to support training plans in Arab countries. AW needs to build a database to record information taking into account the following specifications. 1. Professor is identified by its id. We need also to record his name, birthday, sex and country of citizenship. 2. A Professor has at least one teaching skill. A teaching skill is identified by a skill Id and a name. The professors are ranked in each of his skills according to their years of experience in that skill. 3. To execute and distribute training plans in some countries, the organization cooperate with agencies. Each agency is identified by an id and a name. 4. Countries are identified by their names. For each country, its population and its education index must be also stored. 5. Each training plan is executed in a given country, and the name of the training plan is uniquely associated among the training plans of that country. Each training plan has a budget and is carried out during a period of time. A training plan is always sponsored by one or more agencies. Each agency provides part of the budget of the training plan. The total budget provided by the agencies is never less than the training plan budget. 6. A country accepted by the organization needs some training skills. A training plan designed for a given country covers some of its needs for training skills. 7. A professor may participate in several training plans. The period of time that a professor participates in a training plan must be recorded. A professor cannot participate in two training plans simultaneously. A professor never participates in a training plan more than once. The participation of a professor in a training plan never exceeds the duration of the plan. 8. Each training plan includes at least 10 professors; one of who is the supervisor of the training plan. The supervisor of the plan always works for during the duration of the plan.
