Please help answer the following: Consider a non-union organization that you, a friend or family member has worked for in the past or one you're familiar with. Now that you have an understanding of why employees may unionize, based on your own work experience, or an experience of someone close to you:

1) What are some reasons/examples why employees would seek union representation in that workplace? Were there any other reasons why employees might have tried to unionize?

2) Provide some reasons/examples why some employees may not support unionization. Did any of these reasons apply to you or your co-workers? Are there any other reasons why you or your co-workers might oppose unionization?
