Wheels Up markets itself as a world class flight experience. Correspondingly, Delta Jets markets itself as an unparalleled travel experience in the private and commercial aviation space. This paper will explore each company's products, services, market segments, and buyers.

Wheels Up offers three different membership levels including Wheels Up Connect, Wheels Up Core, and Wheels Up Business. The Wheels Up Connect product is aimed at passengers and families who are less flexible and do not need airplanes every day. The Wheels Up Core Product is marketed to small business owners who need the flexibility of an aircraft 365 days a year with 24 hour notice. The Wheels Up Business product is a top-of-the-line product that provides maximum flexibility, limited notification before travel and guarantees aircraft availability. This product targets individuals or families seeking a private, streamlined experience The Corporate Solutions product includes bookings within 24 hours, locked in pricing, and additional Delta SkyMiles for Delta commercial flights. This product is ideal for corporations with multiple travelers seeking an efficient, private experience.
