Ari Hammad is the manager at Furniture Store, LLC.  At 4:45 pm, Ari receives a text from Gina Martin that says, "I am in the car driving to your store to pick up a piece of furniture that I bought yesterday over the phone.  I thought I could get there by 5:00 pm (the closing time), but I got stuck in traffic and couldn't make it until about 5:15 pm.  Will you still be there?"  Ari responds, saying, "no problem, I will wait for you, just come to the door and call or text me when you are at the front door and I will open it for you.".  Gina is reading the email when she has an accident that is her fault because she is reading the text.  She injures Dan Logan in the car she hits (and damages his car). Dan has sued Gina, Ari and Furniture Store LCC for the damages he suffered.  Assume Gina was negligent, so she has liability.
