Declare in1 and in2 arrays of words and out the array of double words

The lengths of in1 and in2 are equal.

Write a program that does the following:

out[x]=in1[x]+in2[x] if x is even

out[x]=in1[x]*in2[x] if x is odd

For all x s.t. 0
